Peace, Love & Giraffes

Maybe it’s the upcoming romantic holiday, but I can’t help but compare my visit to Cape Town to a short, torrid love affair.

I marveled, wined and dined, cried tears of happiness, gasped in surprise, felt the pang of disappointment, elation, and continuously found myself swept up into the beauty of it all.

I can’t wait to tell you all about it! I’m still editing my photos (took 610!), so there is no way I could recap it all in one post, but tomorrow I’ll be posting about all of the food we indulged in, and Wednesday I’ll feature the adorable penguins I met on Boulder’s Beach.
